What we collect

• Booking details: your name, phone number, email address, any notes you add, and the service, professional, date and time you choose.
• Account details (only if you create an account): your name, email, phone number, password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider — we never see it), favorite professional and notification preferences.
• Visit history: the bookings you make, which we use to show your history and loyalty points.

We don’t collect payment card information on this website, and we don’t use advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use it

• To schedule your appointment and make sure no one else is booked in your slot.
• To email you a booking confirmation and a reminder the day before your appointment.
• To let our team know about your booking and contact you about it if needed.
• To show your booking history and loyalty status in your account.

We don’t sell your information or use it for marketing without asking you first.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this website, and only so they can do that job:

• Supabase — stores bookings and accounts.
• Vercel — hosts the website.
• Resend — sends confirmation and reminder emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and browser storage

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage that the site needs to work: to keep you signed in, to remember the email you booked with so you can see your bookings, and to remember your booking choices while you move between steps. We don’t use them to track you across other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run the shop and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete your account and booking history at any time.

Children

This website isn’t intended for children under 13. A parent or guardian should book appointments for children.
