• Your appointment is confirmed when you see the confirmation page and receive our email.
• Please give us a phone number and email you actually use — we use them to confirm and, if needed, contact you about your appointment.
• Prices and service durations shown when you book are estimates for the standard service. Final price may vary if you ask for something extra during your visit; we’ll tell you before we do it.
• Payment is made at the shop after your service.

Arriving

Please arrive a few minutes early. If you’re running late, call us — we’ll do our best to fit you in, but we may need to shorten your service or reschedule so the next client isn’t kept waiting.

Cancelling or rescheduling

If you can’t make it, please call us at +1 (929) 544-2803 as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.

If we need to change your appointment

Occasionally a professional may be unavailable. If that happens we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or book you with another member of the team.

You’re responsible for keeping your password private. Loyalty points shown in your account are a thank-you from us, have no cash value, and may change if we update the program.
